These sketchbooks allowed me to stay mobile, private, and prolific when I lived in Brooklyn, New York.  The books are standard bound sketchbooks, which actually made it more challenging for me to work in, since I was used to “intervening” with existing hardcover books with text already printed on each page.  This format allowed me to escape the architect’s day job and have fun drawing, coloring, and making collage.
